Today I would like to introduce a book which titled "the essence of zen." The book was written by Sekkei Harada is only a monk who enlightened in Japan. He has also undertaken the teaching of zen in Germany and Italy other than Japan. In this book, zen was explained in simple language, therefore the book must be a trigger for starting of your zen practice easily.

The beginning of the book was "Many people think Zen is something difficult. This is a misunderstanding. The Chinese character used for "Zen" means "to demonstrate simplicity" or "to point at oneness." As this character implies, Zen is an extremely clear and concise teaching."
